Operation & Management

We provide full-time staff to offer personal training, group exercise classes and programs that will keep your staff engaged. We can help you utilize and manage your facility while maintaining a safe envornment. 

 

If you're not looking for a full-time staff we provide on site training/classes based on your desired frequency.

Employee Fitness

A custom fitness program can be designed if you're looking for something less frequent. Quarterly fitness challenges are a great option as they can be designed to last any duration. Most challenges last 2-3 months. Most recently we did a challenge that is equivalent to the "Biggest Loser". With this challenge, teams of five come participate in a weekly weigh-in and track the progress they've made which includes overall weight loss, body fat loss, measurements, and meal tracking.

Personal Training

Receive an initial assessment to determine strength level, cardiovascular capacity, and address muscle imbalances. After the assessment and determining fitness goals, a safe, effective, and progressive exercise program will be customized to your needs. 

 

 Small group training is a great alternative for those who want the results of working with a certified trainer at a more affordable price. This is ideal for groups of 3 to 10 people who have similar fitness levels and goals.
